  • Elizabeth Anilionis, VMD

    Dr. Elizabeth Anilionis earned her Veterinary Medical degree from University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology from the University of Maryland in 2006, where she completed the pre-medical curriculum. While studying at Maryland Dr. Anilionis was a University Scholar in the Life Science Program. She spent a semester studying abroad in Christchurch, New Zealand, as well as inter-terms studying in Belize and Australia.

    Originally from Huntington, New York, Dr. Anilionis now resides in Brooklyn with her dog, Max. She enjoys exploring New York’s unique neighborhoods with Max (weather permitting!) and finding the best coffee and views this city has to offer. In her spare time she unwinds by connecting with the great outdoors; surfing and kayaking in the summer, hiking in spring and fall, and skiing in the winter.

    Dr. Anilionis’ professional interests include behavior, preventive medicine, soft tissue surgery and dentistry. Her goal is to make visits to the vet enjoyable for you and your furry family members!

  • Donna McKay

    Receptionist
    Donna is Queens born and raised. After a career in banking Donna was looking for a change and joined the staff of Maspeth Animal Hospital in 1986. She loves working in client relations and meeting lots of furry friends.

    Donna enjoys spending her weekends at craft fairs, festivals and the Jersey Shore.

    Veterinary Assistant
    Vanessa joined the staff at Maspeth Animal Hospital in spring 2017. She loves animals, and when she isn't working with patients she spends quality time with her dogs, Jade and Pablo, and her cats, Frida and Blaze. 

  • Kimberly

    Receptionist
    Kimberly joined Maspeth Animal Hospital in early 2018. She enjoys working with clients and their pets, and opened her home to a sweet feline she met through the office. She and her two children are now loving cat owners!

    Veterinary Assistant
    Malek had previous experience working in veterinary care, and was a huge asset to join the team in early 2018.

    Veterinary Assistant/Technician in Training
    Jessica joined Maspeth Animal Hospital's staff in fall 2018 as part of her training for veterinary technical school. She enjoyed working with the team here and has stayed on as one of our assistants.
